How your details are handled.
One form on this site collects personal data: the coaching application. This is what it collects, why, who else sees it, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed.

What is collected, and why
Only what the form asks for: your name, your email address, what you want to work on, your training experience, where you are training at the moment if you choose to say, and what you write in the last question. It is used to consider your application and to reply to you about coaching — not for a newsletter, not sold, and not shared for anyone else’s marketing.
Giving these details is voluntary. Without them there is nothing to consider and no address to answer.
The legal basis
Your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You give it by ticking the box on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing it does not affect anything done while it was in place.
Who else sees it
The site runs on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany, which acts as a processor on my instructions and uses your details for nothing of its own. Your application is delivered to a mailbox operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany, a processor for that message on the same terms.
Nobody else receives any of it. There is no analytics provider, no marketing platform and no advertising network, and this site sets no cookies.
How long it is kept
An application is kept for up to twelve months, or deleted sooner if you ask. If you become a client, the coaching records are kept for as long as tax and contract law require.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask for its use to be restricted, ask for it in a portable form, and object to its use. Email coaching@timokoenig.com and it will be done — deletion is immediate and needs no reason.
No decision about you is made automatically and there is no profiling. Every application is read by me.
If you think your data has been handled badly you can complain to a supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work.
