Physique and nutrition coaching
Online, wherever you train
DIFFERENT CITY.SAME STANDARD.

Build muscle, lose body fat, and keep making progress.
Training and nutrition coaching that fits your week.
English and GermanSee how it works
Written for the week you have.
Revised when it changes.
You don’t need
a perfect routine.
You might know your way around a gym but struggle to keep going when work gets busy. Or you might be starting out and want someone to show you what to do. Either way, we start with what you can manage now.
I write your training and nutrition around your goals, the equipment you have, and the time you can give it. We agree on a training schedule you can keep up with, and adjust it when your week changes.
You get a plan to follow, feedback on your training, and someone to help when you’re unsure what to change. The amount of contact is something we decide together.
I’m used to working around travel and changing schedules. A fixed gym and a repeating week are the same method with fewer moving parts.
- Your training plan
- Nutrition guidance
- Technique feedback
- Progress reviews

A plan you can use
wherever you are.
- New gym
- sessions adapted to the equipment you have
- Eating out
- practical portions when weighing food isn’t an option
- Plans change
- training adjusted to the time you have
A hotel gym, a late dinner, a week with fewer sessions. None of that needs an apology at the check-in. It’s the brief.
Your sessions are written for the equipment you’ll actually use, with alternatives when it changes. I’ll help you make the most of a smaller gym and pick up where you left off when you’re back.
For food, we agree on targets and a way of following them that suits you. That might mean tracking grams or using portions you can judge on a plate. We work through the meals you already eat, including restaurants and hotel breakfasts.
Here’s how
we work together.
You work directly with me, online, in English or German. Your program, feedback, and reviews all come from the same person, wherever you’re training.
- 01
Get to know you
Your goals, training experience, health, equipment, and the time you have. You can start here as a beginner or with years of training behind you.
- 02
Write your plan
Training sessions with sets, reps, and guidance on effort, plus nutrition targets and help putting them into practice. There’s a shorter version for busy weeks.
- 03
Train with feedback
Log your sessions and send videos when you need help with an exercise. I’ll review your technique and explain what to work on.
- 04
Check in
Tell me how training, food, and the rest of your week have gone. We review your progress in writing or on a call, at the frequency we’ve agreed.
- 05
Make adjustments
I explain what I’m changing and why. Sometimes the useful thing is to stay with the plan a little longer. One bad Tuesday doesn’t mean it has stopped working.
How much support would help?
If you’re comfortable training on your own, a written check-in every week or every two weeks may be all you need. I review what you’ve sent, answer your questions, and update the plan where needed.
If you’d like more contact, we can include support during the working week and a personal call for each weekly review. We agree on the frequency, format, and response times before you start.
Your monthly fee
The monthly fee depends on the support we agree on. I’ll ask what you’d like help with, suggest an arrangement, and send you the full fee, what’s included, and the terms in writing. You have time to read it before deciding.
If your needs change, we can revisit the arrangement together. Any change to the fee is agreed in advance.
Tell me what you’re looking forReviews cover your training log, how you’re feeling, and progress toward your goal. We’ll agree on useful measures, which may include body weight and progress photos. In-person sessions are sometimes possible when we share a city, and are arranged and charged separately.

I coach the problem
I had to solve.
I’m Timo Koenig. Alongside coaching, I work as a software freelancer and founder. I move countries often, so training has had to fit around new gyms, long workdays, and kitchens that aren’t mine.
I’ve spent years building my own physique in those conditions. Some months I have a good gym and a regular schedule. Other months it’s a hotel bench and whatever dumbbells are available. I know how frustrating it is to find a routine that works, then have to change it again.
Bodybuilding has shaped the way I coach. I pay attention to which muscles an exercise is working, how you’re progressing, and whether your food and recovery support the goal. You can use that approach to build muscle, lose body fat, or get more out of the training you already do.
I’m a NASM Physique and Bodybuilding Coach, Certified Nutrition Coach, and International Certified Personal Trainer.
Tell me what
you’d like to change.
A few sentences about you are enough to get started. I read every application myself and reply within a few days, whether or not I have a place available. I keep the roster small so I have time for the people I coach.
- 01Tell me about your training, your goals, and where you’d like some help.
- 02I’ll reply within a few days. If I don’t have room to take you on, I’ll let you know.
- 03We talk through the support you need. I send you the details, monthly fee, and terms in writing for you to consider.
- 04If you’d like to go ahead, we complete the assessment and agreement. Then I write your first program.
You don’t need to know exactly what support you want yet. Tell me where you are now, and we’ll work it out together.
