Coaching for real life. Standards from the stage.

I'm Timo. I coach people who want to feel stronger and look better in everyday life, and lifters who want to bring a serious physique to the stage. Different goals, same attention to detail.

Who you'll be working with

Bodybuilding taught me to pay attention. Which muscle an exercise is really working, whether you're progressing from one week to the next, and whether your food and sleep are supporting the goal or quietly undoing it. That attention is what I bring to every client, whatever the goal.

For most people that goal is simple: build some muscle, lose some body fat, and feel good in their own body again. You don't need to be fit to start, and you don't need a perfect routine. We start with what you can manage now and build from there.

For some it's the stage. If you want to compete, you get the same calm, methodical approach applied to an off-season, a prep, and a peak week, with every change explained so you understand your own body better by the end of it.

I also know that life gets in the way. I move countries often, so my own training has had to work around new gyms, long workdays, and kitchens that aren't mine. Your plan is written for the week you actually have, and it changes when your week does.

How we work together

One coach, start to finish. Your plan, your feedback, and your check-ins all come from me, online, in English or German. How much contact you want is something we agree on before you start.

  • You fill in a short form, then we talk about your goals, experience, and what you need help with. You don't need to know which service to choose. We can work that out together.

  • Your plan covers the coaching you've chosen. For training, that means exercises, sets, reps, and guidance on progression. For nutrition, it means clear targets and help putting meals together. When we work on both, they're planned together.

  • With training coaching, you can send videos of your exercises for feedback. I look at how you're moving and suggest specific changes. Supervised sessions are also available by video, or in person when I'm in your city.

  • During ongoing coaching, we review your progress, questions, and anything that's been difficult. Depending on your goal, that might include training logs, weight trends, or progress photos. Check-ins are in writing or on a call, as agreed.

  • If your progress or circumstances change, we review the plan. I'll explain any adjustments and when it makes sense to give the current approach more time.

  • For competitors, we plan the off-season, contest prep, peak week, and post-show recovery around the show date. Each phase has a clear purpose, with regular reviews of your physique and recovery.
